Derby Pie

• 1 frozen pie shell
• 1 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup all purpose flour
• 2 eggs, slightly beaten
• Bourbon, to taste
• 1 stick butter, melted
• 1 cup chopped pecans
• 1 6 oz. package chocolate chips
• 1 teaspoon vanilla

1. Melt butter and let cool.
2. In a bowl, add butter, sugar and flour and mix. Add the rest of ingredients and stir.
3. Pour mixture into unbaked pie shell and bake at 350 F. for 1 hour.
