Pineapple Upside Down Cake Martini
Ingredients
- 1 oz. Three Olives™ Cake vodka
- 1/2 oz. Amaretto Di Saronno™
- 3/4 oz. pineapple juice
Rim/Garnish
- Splash of grenadine
- Pineapple wedge and/or maraschino cherry
Directions
- Add Three Olives™ Cake vodka, Amaretto Di Saronno™, and pineapple juice to cocktail shaker, fill with ice and shake well.
- Pour through strainer into martini glass.
- Pour a splash of grenadine into martini glass – grenadine should sink to the bottom.
- Garnish with pineapple wedge and/or cherry and serve.
