Group Rules

The following rules are in reference to our Christmas Groups at Facebook, Flickr and Yahoo, where members may join and share Christmas recipes, crafts, photos and more.

Rule 1: Posting Year-Round

Group members are more than welcome to post throughout the year as long as their posts adhere to the rules listed here.

Rule 2: Allowed Topics

Our Social Networking groups are Christmas-related groups created in conjunction with the AltogetherChristmas.com website. Topics allowed for these groups include: Christmas recipes, crafts, traditions, stories, poems, carols, graphics, games, decorating, and other Christmas-related themes.

Rule 3: Commercial Christmas Sites & Items

If you are attempting to sell Christmas-related items or to promote your commercial website or business, do not post to these groups. Please email the group moderators at info@altogetherchristmas.com so we may review and consider your post, or visit our Christmas Advertising page.

Rule 4: Off-Topic Posts/Spam

If you have joined one of our groups in an attempt to sell products not related to Christmas or promote a non-Christmas website or business, your messages will be deleted and you will be removed from that group.

Rule 5: Promoting Your Own Christmas Website

If you have your own website related to Christmas which you are trying to promote, please email the moderators at info@altogetherchristmas.com. We will review your site and, if appropriate, will post a link and brief description of it to our groups.

Rule 6: Requests For Monetary Assistance

If you are seeking monetary aid for your family during the Christmas season, these groups are NOT the appropriate place to seek it, and such posts will be deleted. Please contact social service or charitable organizations in your community for assistance.

We will do our best to moderate our social networking groups to ensure that these groups retain the Christmas Spirit and remain forums for sharing holiday related topics.

Merry Christmas from AltogetherChristmas.com!
